If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: soaps, shampoos, conditioners.
Once the original seal is broken off all markup products, items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging.
We do not accept exchanges for items shipped outside of Nassau, Bahamas.
All sale/discounted items are final sale. One exchange allowed per receipt/transaction.
